Install and first sync
When you install Trailmark, it saves a starting version of every product. From then on, every change is recorded.
Steps
- Install Trailmark from the Shopify App Store.
- Open the app. The first sync starts on its own.
- Watch Products tracked and Last sync on the Product history page. Large catalogs can take a few minutes.
Good to know
- Changes made before install can't be recovered. Recording starts at install.
- Products look out of date? Click Sync products. You can sync again after a short wait.
- Stock levels are recorded too, per location.
