Restore a deleted product
Bring back a deleted product from its last saved version.
Steps
- On Product history, search for the product. Deleted products have a deleted badge.
- Click the title to open its Timeline.
- Click Restore this version, then Confirm.
What comes back
- Title, description, variants, prices, SKUs, tags and options
- Images, from Trailmark's own copies, with alt text and order
- Metafields
- Manual collections, in the same position
Good to know
- It comes back as a new product with new IDs. Shopify can't reuse the old ones.
- Videos and 3D models can't be restored. Stock isn't changed.
- Restoring a deleted product works on every plan, within your plan's history.
